Williamson N.Y. - Wayne County Sheriff's deputies have charged a Williamson man in connection with a serious crash on Route 104 in September.

 Deputies say Zachary Bergen faces charges that include Aggravated Vehicular Assault, Reckless Endangerment and Driving While Ability Impaired with drugs.

 On September 11th, deputies say Bergen was driving on Kenyon Road, north of 104 when he lost control of the car, causing it to roll over several times. B

ergen and 3 passengers ended up in Strong Hospital. Bergen was also issued several tickets. He's due back in Williamson Town Court to answer those charges.
